Job Description: Recruitment Researcher - Limewing Talents
Location: Liverpool, UK
Limewing Talents, a prominent international education recruitment agency based in Chengdu, China, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruitment Researcher to join our dynamic team. As a Recruitment Researcher, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment consultants by conducting comprehensive research and sourcing high-quality candidates within the international education sector.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough research and market mapping to identify potential candidates for various positions within the international education field, including teachers, professors, administrators, counselors, and support staff.
2. Utilize a variety of channels, such as online databases, social media platforms, professional networks, and other resources, to source and identify suitable candidates.
3. Screen and assess candidate profiles based on established criteria, including qualifications, experience, and alignment with specific educational institution requirements.
4. Assist in creating comprehensive candidate shortlists and presenting relevant information to recruitment consultants for further evaluation.
5. Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to understand their specific talent requirements and provide regular updates on candidate sourcing progress.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
7. Assist in coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
8. Conduct reference checks and background verifications for selected candidates as directed by the recruitment consultants.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment techniques, and developments within the international education sector to contribute to continuous improvement in candidate sourcing strategies.
10. Provide administrative support as needed, including preparing reports, organizing candidate documentation, and assisting with general recruitment tasks.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A degree in human resources, education, or a related discipline is advantageous.
2. Proven experience as a researcher or in a similar role, preferably within recruitment or the international education sector.
3. Familiarity with recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and utilizing online databases and professional networks for candidate research.
4. Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize information effectively.
5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
6. Proficiency in using online sourcing tools, social media platforms, and other recruitment-related software.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Mandarin (Chinese). Additional languages are a plus.
8. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
9. Ethical and professional approach to handling sensitive candidate information and maintaining confidentiality.
10. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
